Returns for Damaged or Broken Items
- Items must be reported as damaged or broken within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
- Detailed photographs of the damaged or broken item must be submitted for verification.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at +1 512 665 5056 within 5 days of delivery to report the damaged or broken item and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Carefully package the item, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Additional Information for Canadian Customers
- Please note that for returns from Canada, the government charges additional customs and duties fees, which will be the responsibility of the receiver.
- These fees are not controlled by our company and are determined by the Canadian government.
